Shaoman is almost upon us!!
This year after feedback from members here, we've decided to try something different and instead of working within your membership groups, we're going to assign everyone to a team. This will be done randomly, and we hope that it helps get people to be able to get to know others that they might not normally. This is a trial system, and if it doesn't work we'll go back to the way it was previously, but it's worth a shot!
Here's a breakdown of the dates:
October 8: Sign Ups Open
October 15: Sign Ups Close & Groups are announced and group planning begins!
October 22 - 31: Shaoman :ghost
Having teams, we're going to have a sort of House Cup competition, and there will be activities that can be completed by the group, or individually to help gain each group points and the winner will be announced at Virtual Anni!

Since we've had some questions about activity level and Shaoman this year. With this points system we are trying out, it's simply an additional layer of fun. Anyone who is concerned about their potential activity, but wants to play, should still sign up
Even with group activities, not every member of the group needs to participate for the group to 'win' in a game. There are also group AND individual games/contests, not everything will involve the group, were just hoping to switch things up with having groups made of people from all ranks/groups
