The role of Headteacher is a non-rotating Administrative position in charge of running TarValon.Net’s Classroom. Time spent serving as Headteacher counts towards the Administrator Merit. The Headteacher reports to the Director of Research and Records.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Moderates the Classroom forum
- Organizes classes and recruits teachers as needed
- Keeps a detailed list of all classes currently running in the Classroom
- Assists with the development of classes, both with regards to topics and structure, when requested by teachers
- Helps to maintain activity and morale in the Classroom
- Ensures that Wheel of Time trivia covered in classrooms is factually correct
- Maintains contact with the Director of Research and Records regarding the status and needs of the Classroom
Qualifications
- Six months active membership at TarValon.Net
- Senior Membership is not required, but this position does oversee members of all ranks
- Former experience in the Classroom as either a teacher or a student is preferable, but not a strict requirement; however, the successful applicant should be willing to spend some time learning the environment of the Classroom
Time Commitment
- The time commitment for this position can vary week to week, but the Headteacher can expect to spend a minimum of 4 hours a week in this position.
