Congratulations to Sin, and MDD!
A few words from his Company:
From my first encounter with Sin, he struck me as an intelligent person of strong character, deep but realistic loyalty, and unwavering commitment to getting things done. In the years since my view of him has only strengthened. His unconventional methods and unapologetic nature made him a prime candidate to help make MDD a better company and the Tower a better organization.
Chris's (Sin's) honest nature and fierce loyalty to those whom in his eyes, warrant his respect, lack of fear to stare into the eyes of authority, and speak truth to power, his trust in knowing those close to him know how deeply he cares about them without having to wear his heart on his sleeve to put on a display of how good he truly is, and flounce about. Are the reasons why MDD, the Tower, and I am better off for having him in our lives.
I am Sincerely thrilled for him. There isn't a Single person who would be a better fit. When I imagine MDD without him, my heart Sinks. Having him around is way better than having a Sinus infection. My life has been better Since first we met. He is, to be frank, Sine qua non. Anyone who disagrees must be Sinister indeed. My very Sinews ached at the thought of not having him around.
"I am told that Chris exists at TarValon.Net under the name Sin. I was only about 10% aware of this, in that he is one of my good TarValon.Net friends so it makes sense he had a Tower account and Tower name as well. This makes sense, in hindsight. However, I am certain he contributed to the soul of this website and MDD company in particular, despite never guesting with them, in significant ways. I am sure we can trust him to inspire all he met to be better humans despite his best efforts, engage others in productive discussions on their end as he ignores them, heal various children accidentally, etc. I am confident he meets the bare minimum level of maturity to become a Senior Member, in comparison to others. I am very proud of how much work he did to reach that point."
"Oh wow"
Several others erupted in a chorus of, "What's MDD?" and "Who?"
