Are we looking at an outside of the US vendor or a local vendor? I do have a local place here in Louisville that screen prints designs and can do large batches I could get their information for you if you'd be more interested in a US based producer

I have family that own a screen-printing and embroidery business, their stuff holds up wonderfully, I wear and wash my t-shirts that they do all the time and not a single bit has washed off. They've also done a run of SDS shirts for us when we did them for one Anni

Would it be possible to get quotes from a variety of businesses around the country who do clothing merch orders and see who would have the best service for delivering orders directly to customers from an order system we manage? I know a couple of places in the Buffalo area, including a small embroidery merchandise business.
