After 3 years, Cahalan is stepping down from this position and we need a new person to run our membership surveys
This is an Admin position in the Department of Research and Records, reporting to the Director and the Archivist
"The Survey Project Manager (SPM) is primarily responsible for the planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of the annual Membership Survey. The Membership Survey itself can change drastically from year to year depending on what sort of data Execs are looking for; the data is utilized to make decisions at Administrative meetings to strategically plan changes to the community. Other surveys are produced and managed on an ad hoc basis depending on the needs of the organization. The SPM manages a team of staff members who contribute to drafting, proofing, and analyzing the surveys."
The position involves working with department directors each year to formulate questions, and analysing the results once they are in, as well as generating charts and reports to best show these results
The time required varies, but during the time of the survey, may take 3-5 hours a week, or perhaps more
The position requires the applicant to be a member in good standing
ETA (cause I suck at social), big thanks to Cahalan for all her great work over the last few years
To apply, by July 31 2018, email library@tarvaon.net and archivist@tarvalon.net
