Since last night, I have suddenly not been receiving notifications to my email. There have been new posts in my subscribed threads, so it's not just a lack of activity, and I checked my settings and nothing is changed. I haven't done anything with either my tv.net or email settings in weeks. Anyone have an idea what is going on and how I can fix it?

I think this is probably being caused by the same crash as the "bad gateway" error from the other thread, and should hopefully be fixed now.

It's doing it again. I think. At least, there's a lot of threads I didn't get notified about, but I did get one notification. That confuses me even more. Shouldn't I get either all or none?

They come in batches normally..
I tend to get notifications once a day, super early in the morning.

Subscriptions can be once a day too.. but thats an option.

Yesterday it was "instantly by email."
After getting nothing, I changed it to "control panel only" or whatever it says.
After an hour or two, before bed, I changed it back to "instantly by email" which is what it is now.
When I woke (about 5 hours ago now), I had lots of email notifications.
I did not get a notification about your pm.
I did not get a notification about your last post in this thread - 3 hours ago. But I did get a notification about your last post in the "celebrate today" thread, which you did within minutes of each other.
I thought maybe it was my gmail syncing to mobile settings, but I've checked on a computer and there's nothing different.
No idea now what's going on.

Interestingly, I just got a whole batch of notifications... all posts by Ixi. Other of my subscribed threads were posted in at the same time by different people, and I received no notifications for those. So maybe it's related to who is doing the posting? But why should that make a difference? :scratch

The server was running out of RAM and I tweaked a couple things that should help. I think that was preventing the notifications from being sent out, so when it started working it went through the backlog. Some notifications might have just been lost if it ran out of memory in the middle of sending instead of before.
