In all honesty, Tampa/Clearwater rarely get effected more than just some rain. I used to go to the beach during hurricane season just to play in the better waves.

Clearwater has some beautiful beaches, and great restaurants right on the beach. I highly recommend Frenchies.

I can honestly say my dad is a better cook than me. More professional training, and he was a BBQ circuit competitor, so he outclasses me in BBQ by leaps and bounds.

My parents live in Clearwater, and lucky for you all my dad does BBQ catering. I am sure I can talk him into giving the Tower a good price per head. His rig can feed over 100, so we shouldn't have any problem. Let me know if you are interested in pursuing this.
