Ah, that's it! I forgot about Cairhien.
Now, wouldn't it be funny if Padron comes back and names a third country besides Cairhien or Tar Valon? Then we're all wrong :D
He said "countries ruled by Aes Sedai". I don't count Tar Valon as a country but more a city-state, like the Vatican. Though, of course, Padron counts Tar Valon as a country :p
That is the song they are looking for. The Aiel sing it in the AoL as seen in the flashbacks in the columns. The tinkers are looking for the song that makes the crops grow faster and healthier.
I don't think he will be able to use saisar just like that. He would have to link with a female channeler for that, most likely Pevara.
But maybe both of them will have greater control over the OP when linked, and thus be stronger.
Seems possible. The Tinkers are gathering around Ebou Dar apparently and his wife is in Ebou Dar. If he wants a conjugational visit it could make everything you say happen.
I wonder, if the Song is discovered, what effect it will have on the world and the Pattern and the Last Battle...
Yes, of course. They don't deserve to be treated like they have been. I just can't wrap my mind around the fact that they choose their safety at the expense of some of their daughters.
Sounds pretty dumb to me, and pretty anti-Tinker. The core of their belief is travelling to find the Song. If they're all in one place, the odds of finding it are pretty slim.
