Min, because she had so much potential at first, and then it was never realized. By the end of the series, she was nothing more than a walking plot device with her viewings and a foil for Rand. I kept waiting for her to have a single desire that wasn't about Rand or wearing pants instead of skirts, but it never materialized. :grumble

And I find Rand kind of boring, honestly. Like, I wouldn't say I dislike him, but the vast majority of his POV sections past the third or fourth book didn't really grab me. On the other hand, their mutual boringness does kind of make Rand and Min perfect for each other.

I'm not an Elayne fan either. She's incredibly irritating.

I will say, that even for all the characters I detest, I love that they are written well enough to inspire that kind of reaction from me  Nothing worse than reading a book where no-one makes you go more than "meh" :p

I think this is one of the reasons my love of the series has been so enduring. There are so many things about the story and characters that I find compelling, but the things that I dislike are still things I could talk about for hours. (And do if you're foolish enough to mention them when I've had a couple beers.)

Just because she deserves her full name for how much I utterly loathe her.

Elaida do Avriny a'Roihan - There is one moment of face time she gets that does not make me want to pay people to Balefire her, then Balefire them to bring her back and do it till the pattern breaks into little bitty bits.

The other is Gawyn, I can understand Perrin and Faile and think if the kidnapping thing were not contained in one or two books it would have been far less aggravating, Rand and the Maidens annoys me but it makes sense, I can understand not trusting people because Ishamael was sprouting seeds of chaos for thousands of years.

However Gawyn I want to strangle personally, he fights Sauske Uchiha for "Person in Fiction I loathe the most" Everything he does is the exact opposite of what a sensible, Intelligent human being would do. What makes it worse is that the inclusion of one Scene could fix it all, all you need to do is have him overhear Elaida and Alviaran talking about how Siuan is a black.

Special Mentions

There were times I wanted to slap Moraine around, after the stone she should have taken the main cast into a room, warded it and layed out everything she knew to the boys and girls.

Morgaise and Elayne could have handled the whole "Red Eagle Banner" thing a bit better, rename the two rivers officially to Manetheran, declare Perrin the Lord of it as an honor for defending his homeland in "the name of the queen" and have the Legend of Manetheran tied to Andor.

From a plot perspective, Elaida was fine, showing just how much of the Tower's incompetence was theirs alone, and couldn't (all) be laid at the feet of the BA.

I disagree though, the only reason Elaida was put into a position of power was a BA plot, including BA sisters helping to vote her into the Seat.

Resurrecting this to mention my discomfort with Tylin. Really hate the dynamic between her and Mat and how she disrespects ALL of his boundaries constantly.

I feel the BA knew that it was the ultimate way of hurting the tower. Put someone in charge that was incompetent who would unwittingly bring the tower to ruin but not by putting one of their own which might be discovered they bought time for the crumble to happen. If Elaida did not do as they wanted they could always just take her out too. But it did also show the arrogance and lack of cohesion of the tower that the process could be put into motion so easily.

To me it seems that everyone has a moment or fifty that you just want to say "shut up and think about want is going on". They let themselves ignore that obvious truth of the matter so many times. The Aes Sedai being the biggest offenders most of the time. But it is easy to see how the Dark One has gotten his fingers wrapped in so many people even some who served his purpose without realizing item. But in the end many learned the hardest lessons that were required to win the battle. Sadly enough you can see that it is only a matter of a few generations until the lessons learned are forgotten.

Elaida is hands- down my least favorite WoT character. Gawyn is a major douchebag as well.

I blame the author for many of the characteristic of the players as he makes then change with a flip of the switch rather than developmenting them as a real person would do over time. Gawyn is one of those over the top everything has to be one way even when it is obvious there are flaws in his system of belief. The little things that would over time help him to to improve are totally missing. People with such strong hate don't typically give that hate up just because someone shows them they are wrong.

Faile, because she is manipulative and emotionally abusive and forces her culture on her husband.

Faile is annoying, but I actually prefer her to Elayne, Egwene, and possibly Min. Tuon is easy to dislike.
