Very interesting design decision! I like it! Also I like the fact that the fabric is not just plain white, but it has a pattern!

It seems very understated. My guess is that somehow they do have the breastplates and tabards as well, but they don't want to show off the full look quite yet. I don't hate it.

This image isn't official. Narg had it deleted and had to make his Insta private after sharing it. The sunburst is hidden in the shoulder guard (so white, not yellow...).
Honestly it looks good to be. I like how different it is from other Fantasy series armor. The plated arm looks a bit weird though, lol, but I'm not too bothered.

It could also be that this is their typical uniform and they would have breastplates/more armor when going into battle.
