Sa' told me she has a membership sheet which has dates for more folks. Once I have that, I should be able to do another batch before it devolves to manual edits. Updating an individual's line is easy, but there were well over a thousand total to do, so trying to get them done in bulk wherever possible.
I'm not actually sure what the issue is for you Elania, it *looks* the same, but maybe they used a different ASCII character for the ' or something, not sure.

For the batches I did, I queried the users table in the boards database for active users that weren't banned and had more than 25 posts, then used a like match on a newest-first sorted query on the contents section of the Library database for the TowerName= field to match the username from the users field to then pull the JoinDate, then had to unify the formatting on all of those and then convert them to epoch time, and then update the original user row with that.
That said, it won't work on citizens since they don't have Library pages, or anyone missing their Join Dates in their library article. Next, I'll be grabbing the needed fields out of the paperwork I get from Sa' and scripting that into the forums database. I'm hesitant to have it update the library, though, because I'd be writing in data as whoever the last person was to edit each article, and that feels wrong.

You could pass the info along to some willing editor who could make the appropriate updates instead. Info gaps must be filled.
