Why couldn't Terry Goodkind just have stopped at book 1?
Because he's a douchebag that likes to lecture people?
I'm going to have to add my vote to Wuthering Heights. It was absolutely dreadful, and I can't understand how it became a classic Also, Fifty Shades of Gray...I couldn't even finish it.
I gave the first Twilight novel a chance and didn't find it to be TOO bad, esp. for YA, but nothing to get excited about either. I haven't read Fifty Shades of Gray but I've seen some snippets posted online and it sounds pretty horrendous.
ANYTHING written by Hemingway is a waste of trees. I detest David and Leigh Eddings Elder Gods series. And the Twilight series gets an honorable mention for how horrific Stephanie Meyers is as a writer and how vile every one of her characters is.
And my high school reading list was mostly pretty good. I liked Wuthering Heights to a point. Not my favorite, but not my least favorite either. Also, I like Koontz . If I am going to read fluff it will be Koontz or King most likely, although I do agree the Odd series went from a good first book to horrible 2nd, 3rd, and so on.
ONLY the Elder Gods series? I bought it all because I like everything else by him/them, but haven't got around to reading it yet.
