Shara has decided to step down from the position of Headmistress, so that leaves us looking for a replacement
Thanks to Shara for all the work she did in the position.
Position:
Headmaster/Headmistress
Overview:
This person is a staff member in the Department of Research. You can expect to supervise all dealings in the Classroom and will act as a moderator for that forum. Reports directly to the Director of Research.
Requirements:
Normally staff positions can be held by any rank. However, given that this position specifically oversees JMs, we'd prefer it if a SM held the position. This doesn't mean that you shouldn't apply for the position if you think you'd be good for it; it just means that SMs will have a preference.
Duties:
Keeps detailed list of all classes currently running in the classroom. Assigns classes to Accepted and Senior Members to teach as requested. Ensure that Wheel of Time trivia covered in classrooms is factually correct. Maintain good morale in the classrooms with teacher/student recognition. Responsible for checking-in with your Department Head once weekly. Expect to spend a minimum of 4 hours a week at this position.
