Sig Rotations?

I've being seeing that everytime a page reloads, a persons Sig will change.
Is it on a rotation or something? How does it work?

Indeed. You just put a set of links in the site provided by Imzadi Sedai, and you put one link offered by the said site into where your signature goes.
