So it is time to have a face that looks more like me!!

I created this one:

not knowing if this was a forum that I would want to be part of long term. Also not knowing that there was quite a bit of "real life" interactions that I would want to be part of...

so now I'll be changing to this one that I feel is more in line with my real life appearance (I may even dye my hair purple to match because I love it)

Updating my avatar from

. The only change is not including glasses (or my readers) in the avatar. I wear them a lot for laptop work, gaming, and reading anyway. I should probably even use them more than that. However, it would be a lot less surprising if we ever meet at a live event to not show them in my avatar than to do so.

I miss them, though. Makes my avatar look rather bland. Meh. All for the sake of accuracy, though.

My avatar was only meant to be a placeholder that kind of stuck around, it served its purpose at the time but I was never able to contact the artist and I had to edit it too much to make it fit so it was time to choose something else.
