Then the best answer it to contact a member of you Ajah with that access, the Historian, (As Toral pointed out) or Serenla.

Technically I believe Merit Minions, which Serenla has not yet hired. Otherwise its the Historians or other editors that Toral may have set to be in charge. Its a large membership-base. Mistakes happen.

Normally, when Merits are given out, there is an announcement here, so we can go by that, though it might take several weeks and it is possible someone could get missed, though we do our best to have more than one person check it over. If there is such an announcement and we missed it, we just need to be told. If there isn't an announcemnet here, generally we don't know what was awarded. In that case, if someone notified us, we would probably check with the merits team to make sure it was given out, but would add it, especially as it has been several months

and if someone asked for a wiki log in but didn't get one, they should remind me, it could just be the pm/email fell off the front page
