It was a decision from the Admin meeting we had earlier today - to swap the Library and the City. It makes sense, if you think about it as public areas before private.

Oh my gosh I thought I was going crazy. It doesn't make sense to me quite yet because I'm used to the old layout, but I can see the logic. It does look a bit weird, though - like there are two wider, larger sections on top of a smaller one. I hope the Tower doesn't fall over.
