Incorrect Time Adjustment

I've just noticed that the timestamps on my post are an hour ahead of what they should be - it's shortly after 7 pm here but my last post says that it was made just after 8 pm.

I'm assuming this is something to do with Daylight Savings starting in the US. However, I checked my settings and found that they are set to the correct timezone (GMT +10: Eastern Australia) and correct DST adjustment (always off for Qld):

Any idea why my timezone has apparently jumped forward, and is there some way to correct it?

That's odd..

I just checked mine and it's spot on (7:58pm) for time stamp. And UK hasn't moved forward yet.
