We are looking for a few people to staff our Survey Team! The Survey Team will work on the annual Membership Survey and other surveys requested by the Administration. In the majority of years, this will be just a Membership Survey, but when significant changes are being considered (such as Integration) there might be additional surveys.

The Survey Team will work under the Survey Project Manager (Elanda Tonil) throughout the survey process from preparing the survey questions, analyzing the data after the survey has closed, and preparing the reports. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet software is a plus, but not required.

With our surveys we also like to include fun themes and signatures/badges/swag to make it more fun for membership and to increase visibility of the survey, members of the Survey Team will also help plan and execute these fun aspects of the surveys.

Not every member of the Survey Team needs to be an expert at all aspects of the Team's responsibility, but each Survey Team member should be willing to contribute as they are able.

Overview
The Survey Team consists of individuals committed to the cause of generating survey questions, ordering them, proofing them, and generally working with our Survey Project Manager to get the survey launch-ready. Following the survey, this team will be responsible for data analysis and helping the SPM to make the information ready for presentation to Execs and the public. English as a first language is NOT required as there is much more to this job than simply reading questions for errors.
