Explanation:
The Department of Community Outreach is undergoing changes. We previously had two separate administrative roles with different responsibilities but the same overarching goal: smaller philanthropic endeavors within the community, and tracking them. We have decided to merge the responsibilities and call this role “Servant of All Coordinator” going forward.
Overview:
The Servant of All Coordinator is a non-rotating administrative position in the Department of Community Outreach. This position focuses on coordinating small-scale philanthropic endeavors both for our online and local communities. Time spent in this role counts toward the Administrative Merit. SoAC will report to the Director of Community Outreach.

Requirements:
- You must be a member in good standing within the Tower for at least 6 months.
- Senior Membership is not required, but doesn’t hurt.
- Experience in philanthropic endeavors is a plus!
- A successful candidate will actively want to help others and create opportunities to do so.
- Maintain existing initiatives such as the Blood Drive
- Brainstorm, manage, and promote activities within the community that pop-up over time (such as masks to help stop the spread of COVID-19)
- Oversee the Servant of All Team and help keep them active and engaged
- Track membership participation and/or contributions to philanthropic endeavors
- Give insight into larger site-wide events within the department, such as brainstorming fundraising initiatives
- Time commitment will vary week-to-week (5-10 hours per week)
- Timeliness during times of need will be greatly appreciated
