Many greetings,

My name is Rhiana and I am very excited to be here among you all today! I am a 23 year old woman from South Dakota but today is my 3 year anniversary of moving to Indiana. :tongue I live in Indiana with my wonderful fiance, our daughter Zeta, and our very much in character tabby cat, Mazrim Taim. We both share a love for books and expanding our knowledge together. My partner recently discovered Tarvalon.net and we both think the community will be a great fit for us! I currently work in a shipping facility while my partner is finishing up their schooling and I will be finishing my schooling soon afterwards. I hope to one day become a midwife.

The Wheel of Time series has many amazing characters and it's hard to just pick one as a favorite. I've currently been resonating with Logain Ablar and the similarities between him and Mazrim Taim. I find it interesting to see how two characters who have many similarities decide to take such different paths in their lives and to see where those paths take them in their development. Besides the Wheel of Time, I spent a lot of my time reading and listening to True Crime books/podcasts. If you are interested in true crime I'd recommend reading/listening to I'll Be Gone in the Dark by Michelle McNamara!

Thank you for stopping to read and I hope to be meeting all of you very soon!

Much love and best wishes,
Rhiannon t'Hoskins Liesinger

Welcome to Tar Valon! I'm glad to see a familiar face ;) Everyone, Rhiannon is such a kind soul, and from the amazing sense of community I've witnessed in my lurking (hehe), she'll be a great addition to the family here. <3

Welcome!

I like listening to true crime as well. I rarely "find the time" tho as I'm listening to an audiobook. I got a bunch of true crime and horror podcast recommendation on this site. I've heard about you're recommendation, I believe. Isn't it a book or am I misremembering?

And yes, people are friendly here :pleased-1:

Welcome, Rhiannon! I'm listening to My Favorite Murder and trying to get caught up with it. A few weeks ago, I listened to the part where they interviewed the team who helped put together I'll Be Gone in the Dark after Michelle's passing. After I finish catching up, I want to listen to the audiobook. It sounds fascinating, and I'm so glad they caught him!

Hi Rhiannon! You have great taste in names! We would've named my son Rhiannon if he'd been a girl (instead he is Rhys.) Welcome to Tar Valon!

It's seems like the Pattern is laughing at me, since as I started to reply, Pandora clicked over to the song Rhiannon :)

Welcome! It's always great to see more faces! :welcome

It is a book! It's a really good read if you do find the time for it, it'll have you checking all your windows and locks subconsciously!
