Euro 10th Anni - the announcement!

So here it is, the announcement many of you have been waiting for….Euro 10th Anni!!

We had amazing bids this year and after weighing up the location, availability, cost and timings we are excited to announce that we are going back to last year’s Winter Euro location: Stokes Barn in Much Wenlock, England on the 2nd – 4th September! Thank you Rhianna Sedai for such a great bid!

But it doesn’t end there…

Mother will be standing up Team Jordan this year to join us IN PERSON!!! Yes, that is D*Con weekend, but she is pushing them aside to join us for the official 10th Anniversary Euro Party!!

Though we know there might be a few other people who will have a tough choice to make between attending the Euro Event and Dragon*Con, this was the best date available to avoid conflicts with school calendars and other considerations.

But wait…we have more…

We had such an amazing bid that we have decided to grant a special permission for next year. We can confirm that in 2012 we will be having an official event in Gelderland, The Netherlands!

We are currently planning to have the event in the August timeframe, though this is still being finalized. Because 2012 will be a very crowded and expensive time in the British Isles due to the Olympics and the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, we are planning for the UK event to be less formal.

I know that, for some of you, the wait has been painful, but it’s over now – you have not only this years date and location but the location for one of the 2012 events!!

Now wasn’t that worth waiting for ?!!?!? (rhetorical question…)
