Cancellation of our South Pacific event

It is with great sadness that I have to announce that we will not be having a South Pacific Party this year. Despite a lot of work that has gone on behind the scenes, we didn't get enough registrations for the event to make it viable on this occasion.

This makes me incredibly sad as I'm sure you can imagine, offering an event in an area that hasn't had one in at least 7 years would have been amazing, however picking dates always means that some people can't make it.

With that I have to thank Mhor Sedai for all her work; bidding for an amazing location, visiting and making arrangements with the location and looking to support the entire event throughout. Thank you

Now if one of you could hurry up and invent teleportation or travelling I'd really appreciate it!

Would it be possible, for a location and event like this, to hold a poll to see when the most people could make it, and then have it special at that time, regardless of time of year?
