I lent my copies of The Great Hunt and The Shadow Rising and never got them back. :( Anyone know where I can get a cheap copy of each? Any help would be grand!

I do that all the time - the amount of times I have bought these books - if I still had all my copies would probably fill a bookshelf

I buy them from either Ebay or from The Book Depository - books are expensive in Australia so anything would be cheaper than in Oz.

I often order used books from Powell's Books; they have a good website, and usually have some copies in stock. Amazon might be cheaper, though.

I buy a lot of my books used. We have a great local bookstore with a wide selection of books- I actually discovered they have most of the WoT books after I bought them for my e-reader. When there is something specific I want, I hit the used books available on Amazon. Sometimes you can get a book for just a dollar or so, then pay for shipping, which is great.

Update:

Found The Great Hunt at the Book Exchange in historic downtown Jackson! Only $1.70! Bwah-hahahaha!

Now I will try and nab The Shadow Rising and Lord of Chaos this weekend in Ann Arbor. There is a store there called The Dawn Treader. Floor to ceiling sci-fi and fantasy novels. They can be pricey, but it's always interesting!

Try Half Price Books? You can order online if there's not a store near you

If you have Facebook or some where else it is hosted you can just link it here. Flickr, Photobucket or even Instagram could work too

usually people use the
tags and then add the
inside.
