To give more detail to Tree's post - a lot of it comes down to money. We need to get through Fall Ball before we can commit the funds for the insurance and deposits. We're playing it cautious because we're still working on moving on (financially and otherwise) from the issues of the previous year and want the ink dried on contracts and monies down prior to releasing all the information. Deposits for 100 people on a camp site aren't cheap, unfortunately, and while we have a date "on hold" it won't be ours officially until they have money down.

As soon as we're able, we will give you guys dates. Generally I get a great deal of pleasure holding good things/info over the heads of others :shifty - but this isn't one of those things. Especially since I'll be able to attend as just a regular trouble-making member instead of the MoR!
