It might be an ominous sign of an incoming migraine, but I can't see this thread anywhere. It was in the Fine Arts & Literary Pursuits forum I think? Hellppp D:

It's not just you. The thread was accidentally deleted and we're working to get a new one up. I'm sorry about it :(

I can't recall anyone accidentally deleting a whole thread before, though. It'd be a bit different if the forum had corrupted or something - but this is a case of someone deliberately hitting a delete key (however unintentionally), and it's not exactly a common occurrence. I hope the mods will refrain from using their mod powers to delete stuff unless they're actually modding from now on.

Meirah, no, this is not a common occurrence, and it's not something we anticipate being repeated. We are working to get the missing content restored from our backups and the issue has otherwise been dealt with.

If something is unintentional, can it be deliberate? :scratch

I don't think anyone said deleting the thread was deliberate? She was trying to delete her own post and accidentally deleted the whole thread. But I don't think mods ought to be deleting their own posts without a reason (ie, a moderator reason, not just because they want to start their post over), is what I meant.

Folks, I believe that Kelgan has addressed the question posed here, and the issue is being handled. If you have any questions or concerns specifically regarding the Mods, you should definitely reach out to Kelgan as that's his domain. Thanks!
