I thought only current time spent as a member counted towards the membership merit badge, and that we couldn't count previous time spent as a member if we left and came back.

oh for the love of all that is good and pure in the world can it please be on the west coast so I can actually go for once SF or Portland would be pretty ideal. I'd take Arizona though, that's close enough
