Well Nyneave seems to have discovered a remarkable aptitude for healing issues of the mind after all she has healed the madness of several Asha'man in the last few books so it is possible she may be capable of doing the healing of Mesaanas mind but I agree I doubt Mesaana is a factor any longer.
