I've pictured him a bit bulkier too. We've got time, though.

Didn't Perrin have sisters in the book anyway?

Yeah so if that one girl is his sister it's actually following the books so I'm ok with that lol

Even if she dies on winternight instead? I'm just trying to figure out the line, because they weren't even mentioned in the books until book 3, really, and I don't see a reason they would be there this early in the series otherwise.

Maybe just to show his family so that they're not just an afterthought when it's time for them to die? Idk lol I don't like the idea of him already being married though

He did. And they all died in the hands of Padan Fain :indifferent:

Padan Fain is going to be so hard to pull off for this show. I almost think it needs to be an actor at first,
to show the decline, and then a transformation maybe in season 2 or 3 where Padan becomes more of an animation/realism hybrid character. He represents something so beyond evil, even Shai'tan wants nothing to do with him, an invocation of madness at the idea existence itself is what Padan becomes. I don't think anyone can act that, I hope they figure out a way to pull it off though. I found him to be an interesting character, especially when even the Dark Lord was afraid of him, or well, annoyed.

I'm telling you Avery Brooks can be charming one minute and creepily evil the next lol

Padan Fain was always a Smeagol ripoff, so I think Andy Serkins could do him wonderfully.

Steve Buscemi could probably do Fain... Or Gary Sinese. Or John Malkovitch. But those are my pie in the sky choices :)

He is the next one that I am excited for as well. Padan is going to be a driving force for the first few seasons with how his character arc is. They definitely needed an actor that is versatile with his range.

After him I would like to see who they have chosen to play Tom. I have to had it to the marketing team for the show already each Wednesday we are all waiting for the news to drop leading up to the show and all of us then share it with the people we know or post it to social media itself again for more people to see.

Just a random thought but. . . Are they going to swap out Thom for Tam?

Oh interesting idea. Michael McElhatton does seem like he would be wasted on Tam. They could probably roll those two roles together without losing a ton. Plus I love the idea of Tam winding up with Thom's love interest at the end. :look:

I wouldn't be okay with that if they did get rid of Thom because the story arcs that each character has is big and yes we know Tam has a past but so does Thom. Thom's tricks also help out the main cast get out of trouble a lot.

I have a feeling that's what is going to happen since they haven't announced Thom. Also, I agree with Jocasta's statement about Thom's love interest ... :look:
