Book 6 - Nynaeve and Moghedien a'dam question

So I'm getting near the end of the book and I still don't understand how Nynaeve got Moghedien to her. At the end of book 5 they fought in Tel'aran'rhiod and Nynaeve made an a'dam and captured Moghedien. And now at the beginning of book 6 Moghedien is in an a'dam with Nynaeve. How did she get there? Wasn't Moghedien with the black Aes Sedai? And I thought they said that whatever is made in Tel'aran'rhiod can't be brought into the real world?

It'll explain it a little later in the book, but Elayne made the ter'angreal for Moghedien. Nynaeve made forkroot in tel'aran'rhiod which knocked out Moghedien long enough to get back into the real world and trap her with the a'dam.

I get that Elayne made it but not understanding how the a'dam got on her in the real world when they weren't close. I guess I'll just have to finish reading. Only have like 13 chapters to go.

Nynaeve figured out that Moghedien was actually in Salidar watching them.
