Policy regarding the Amyrlin's Champion

Every year, we have the Amyrlin's Tournament, with the highest scoring individual becoming Mother's Champion. A couple of years ago the prize for the Champion was a ticket to an event. This continued last year as well. However, we did not have a formal policy regarding the Amyrlin's Champion...until now!

After much consultation, we have crafted the following policy. As with all policies, this may be revisited at a later time if we need to tweak it.

1. The ticket for Amyrlin's Champion is non-transferrable.
2. The ticket for Amyrlin's Champion can be used for the event (Anni, Euro, or Fall Ball) of the winner's choice. The onus is upon the winner to inform the Events team that they will be using the ticket for that event. The winner has 1 year from the time they win the ticket to redeem that ticket.
3. If the winner uses a substitute in a competition, the substitute does not get a free ticket - this ticket is only for the overall winner of the entire tournament.
4. This ticket will be re-evaluated each year, as it depends on the current finances of the Tower.
5. In the event that the previous year's Champion signs up and wins again, they'd receive an alternative prize, to be determined by the Admin team.
