missing avatar.

I am missing my avatar, probably due to missing some important post or other, as I have been sorta missing in action for a while. I got a response from Viv but when I go to my settings, I do not see anything that says edit avatar. Now I am a computer idiot, but I still dont see it. How can I get my lovely little bookie to show up with my posts.
