The Red Ajah

Description by The Red Ajah of TarValon.Net

The Red Ajah at TarValon.Net has a stereotype to overcome; Red members do not actively hate the male members of the site, yet we do hold true to the book counterparts by not bonding Warders. That does not make us a weak ajah, though. We are a close, cohesive group of strong women.

When asked to describe the ajah she calls home, Elia Sedai said this:

The Red Ajah is like a frozen Snickers bar - in one word, awesome. Kind of tough to chew through, might break your teeth, but it leaves you thinking, "WHOA. That was amazing."

This quote sums up the Red Ajah very well.

The Red Ajah has a tough and solid exterior, but once you break through to the inner core, you realise the Red Ajah is made of strong independent women, some of whom are nuts and others that are chewy. However they are all individually and collectively awesome.

These women are bound together by strength, support and Sisterhood. There is unerring love and support for each other. Although the ajah has a large stereotype to overcome, the women in this ajah have done so with style and grace to make the Red Ajah the awesome that it is. Because, as Evie Sedai says, "We embody all things Badass."

Mirshann Sedai added: :"We are fiercely independent, yet just as fiercely devoted to caring for and supporting each other. We can be difficult to figure out at first, but for those that have the tenacity to try, we do open up and show our caring side. We love to tease and enjoy exchanging good-natured barbs on occasion, but always with the understanding that we are family first. And, like all good families, we snark at each other, but still remain strong together. We are not the largest ajah on the site, but any one seeking to break us apart would be extremely hard pressed to succeed."

And while we're still small, we are a strong and proud ajah.
