After 10 hours of solid writing, following a previous full day of solid writing, at 7:00 AM (MST) 22nd December 2011, A Memory of Light—the final book in The Wheel of Time—was finished.
Brandon Sanderson expects there to be about a dozen revisions taking at least 6 months to complete. Given this, it is likely that the book will be released sometime during the Northern Hemisphere's Autumn (September - November) 2012.
